"Patent Attorney" is the official title of a profession regulated by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. All patent attorneys mentioned herein are members of the German patent lawyers' bar (Tal 29, 80331 München, http://www.patentanwalt.de).
"European Patent Attorney" is the official title of representatives admitted by the European Patent Office in accordance with the regulations of the European Patent Convention. The European Patent Attorneys are members of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi, Bayerstraße 83, 80335 München, http://www.patentepi.com).
"European Trademark and Design Attorney" is the official title of representatives admitted by the Office for Harmonization of the Internal Market (OHIM) in accordance with the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No 40/94 of 20 December 1993, revised as Council Regulation (EC) No 207/2009 of 26 February 2009 on the Community trade mark.
