About The Firm
Our patent attorneys' firm was founded more than 60 years ago by Dr Hans-Heinrich Willrath in Berlin. Since 1949 it has been situated in Wiesbaden, the capital of the state of Hessen. Located in the heart of one of the biggest industrial, services and banking centres in Germany, the Rhein-Main area, and in the vicinity of the Frankfurt airport, we are easy to reach for clients from both Germany and abroad.
At all times we have been working for German and international clients and have a great potential of experience and know-how in all fields of intellectual property.
Our particular strength lies in the individual and personal support of each single case. At present, our office is being run by five partners. In addition, the office has 19 further employees attending to the technical, legal and administrative needs of our clients. As a team we can thus cover the entire field of technology in a highly qualified way:

Of course we do not only represent the legal interests of our clients in Germany and the member states of the European Patent Convention; we rather act as representatives worldwide, as in the USA, Canada, China, Japan, Brazil, Australia, Russia, etc.
